Ensemble

As a freshman, this is Sydney's first Brighton musical, and she is delighted to be part of Anastasia, playing an ensemble role! She has participated in three musicals prior to this, including Into the Woods Jr. and Beauty and the Beast Jr. at Scranton. These experiences have inspired her to continue her love for singing, dancing, performing, and playing piano. She spends most of her time outdoors, being creative, and enjoying life. She would like to thank all the directors for their hard work in helping her get to where she is today!

Aaliana L

Tsarina Alexandra/Cygnet Ballet Dancer/Ensemble

Aaliana is a senior at BHS and is excited to participate in this year's production of Anastasia. You may have seen her last in Guys and Dolls, High School Musical, and UMich's MPulse You Are Here and Sound Waves. Outside of musicals, she is trained in dance, participates in the choir program, is a captain on the varsity dive team, and in NHS. She would like to thank her friends, family, creative team, and Camille Mikat for their endless encouragement.

Maddie M

Acting PA

Madi is a junior and excited to continue her role as Acting PA. She has had the best time since freshman being an Acting PA and she can't wait to do it again for her sixth production. Madi has always been creatively involved in anything that has to do with theater and has always taken an interest in the performing arts. One day, she hopes to become a director herself. Maddie wants to not only thank her parents and friends, but also Sonja for her support and everything she has taught her.

Aria M

Dowager Empress

This is Aria’s fifth show with the BHS program, and she is thrilled to participate as the Dowager Empress in this year's production of Anastasia! Aria is a junior at BHS, and is glad to have her foreign exchange student, Abi, and her brother, Eli, to go through the school year with her. Aria would like to thank both her parents and her boyfriend for supporting her in everything she does.

Gleb’s Assistant/Military Police/Ensemble

Eli is a freshman at BHS and would love to thank his sister Aria for getting him involved in the theater program. Eli enjoys wakeboarding, snowboarding, and traveling. :)

Delaney M

Fly lead

Delaney is a junior this year and this is her sixth production with Brighton. In her free time, you can find her playing with the band and working as a technician with the BCPA. She is super excited to work with such an amazing cast and crew.

Hailee M

Tatiana Romanov/Cygnet Ballet Dancer/Ensemble

Hailee is a senior, and this will be her first BHS musical. Singing and dancing have been a huge part of her life, and she is excited to explore both within the world of musical theatre. Along with doing what she loves, Hailee would like to thank her family, friends, and dance teachers for always believing in and supporting what she does. She would also like to thank all of the directors that work so hard to make this show so amazing!

Grace N

Bb Clarinet

This is Grace’s first musical at BHS. She is excited to be playing in the pit orchestra this year and hopes to continue in following years. A current sophomore, Grace likes to spend her time listening to music, playing instruments, reading, and playing with her cat. She thanks her family for encouraging her love for music, and the teachers that have pushed her to become better.

Jack N

Trombone

Jack is a sophomore and is performing in his first high school musical. He has been playing the trombone since 5th grade and plans to continue through high school. Jack is a trombone player in the University of Michigan Youth Symphonic Band and is the leader of the BHS Trombone Ensemble. He wants to thank his family, friends, teachers, and mentors that have motivated him along the way to continue his progress in school and music.

Dawson N

Stage Management

Dawson is a junior at BHS and has participated in two musicals. He was in Guys and Dolls as a member of the fly team and High School Musical as a stage manager. Dawson would like to thank his family and friends for all of their amazing support.

Teresa N

Props

Teresa is a 10th grade transfer student in her first year at BHS, and she hopes her boundless enthusiasm and passion for the performing arts will inspire her fellow backstage workers. Teresa would like to thank her parents for all that they do, her siblings for always making her laugh, and all her friends for their support and the joy they bring. Teresa would like to especially thank her best friend Hannah, and feels that she most likely wouldn’t be here today if not for Hannah’s support and love.

Jack O

Dimitry

Jack is a senior at BHS and is elated to be participating in his fourth Brighton Musical! You may recognize him as Zeke from High School Musical and he is thrilled to be taking on his new role of Dimitry! Outside of musical, Jack is a member of the BHS men’s a cappella group Notetorious and Chamber Choir. Next year, Jack plans to study classical voice and opera at The Bienen School of Music at Northwestern University. He would like to thank his family, friends, the creative team, and his voice teacher Camille Mikat for all of their support!

Rory O

Marketing Team

Rory is a junior at BHS and this is her third musical. Aside from musical, she also loves playing lacrosse as a goalie for her team. Rory would like to thank her parents for always supporting her no matter what she chooses to do.

Cadet/Drunk/Gorlinsky

Jude is a senior and this is his first time participating in a musical at BHS. He enjoys a plethora of sports including mountain biking, snowboarding, and track. While Jude is an on stage member, he also spends extra time at the BCPA working on lighting. He would like to thank his parents and sister for supporting his journey.

Vaan O

Vaan is excited to make his Brighton Musical debut! Vaan is a freshman and is also a member of JV Tennis and a cappella groups. Vaan’s previous credits include: Young Christopher in Home for the Holidays, Arty in Lost in Yonkers at The Dio, Young Lon/Creighton in A Thousand Faces, Flick in A Christmas Story at The Encore, Theo in Pippin at Nicely Theatre Group, The Baker in Into the Woods Jr., and Gaston in Beauty and the Beast Jr. at Scranton Middle School. Stage Manager

Sydney is a senior at BHS, and is on the girls varsity golf team. This will be her fourth musical production at BHS. She has been working behind the scenes on productions since the fourth grade and has been in love with it ever since. She would like to thank her parents who have always been there for her when it comes to supporting her dreams, her friends for being supportive and her teacher Miss Brittney, who helped her discover her love for backstage.

Noah is in 11th grade and this is his first musical at Brighton. His main hobby is music, having sung for his entire life. He would like to thank all those who encouraged him to join the musical and to keep pursuing his passions.

Ensemble/Stand-In for Dowager Empress

Mila is a sophomore, and is beyond excited to be in the ensemble for Anastasia with all of her friends! She’s previously been in Radium Girls, Into the Woods Jr, Cinderella, High School Musical, and worked backstage for this year’s play, The Somewhat True Tale of Robin Hood. Her special thanks go out to every one of her friends in the production and her supportive family.
