Aaliana is a junior at BHS and is excited to participate in her second BHS Musical production. You may have seen her last as a Hot Box and Havana Dancer in “Guys and Dolls” and in U of M’s MPulse “You are Here”. Outside of musicals, she is trained in dance, participates in the choir program, and is on the varsity dive team. She would like to thank her friends, family, creative team, and Camille Mikat for their endless encouragement.

Maddie M

Gabriella Montez

Maddie is a senior at Brighton High School and has been in four Brighton Musical productions and one BHS Dramatic Arts production. She is planning on pursuing a career in musical theater next year. Maddie would like to thank her mom, dad, brother, Matt, and her close friends for all their love and support. It’s been an amazing four years in the program and she hopes you enjoy the show!

This is Ava's third musical at BHS. She is a Senior and is super excited to be a part of this year’s musical! This is Ava's last musical at BHS and she's so thrilled. From the bottom of her heart she'd like to thank her family, friends, and vocal teacher for being there and supporting her through thick and thin these last few years.

Elizabeth M

Kelsi Neilson

Elizabeth, a Senior at BHS, is excited to be in this year’s production of High School Musical. She has been a part of five stage productions, including The Wizard of Oz and Guys and Dolls. In addition, Elizabeth is a part of BHS Choir, NHS, and the Yearbook. Elizabeth thanks her parents, and sister for always supporting her love of the theater and music. She is eternally grateful for her senior friends who have been with her since the beginning of this journey.

Madi M

Acting Director PA

Madi Moore is a Sophomore and is excited to continue her role as acting PA. She had the best experience as Acting PA for Guys and Dolls as well as Radium Girls. She can’t wait to be a part of her fourth production. Madi has always loved the theater and has been a part of it as a child. Not only does she love musicals, but she also enjoys writing, reading, and art in any form. Madi wants to not only thank her parents and friends, but also Sonja for her support and everything she has taught her.

Aria M

Ms. Darbus/Student

Aria is a sophomore at BHS. She has previously appeared in Guys and Dolls and Radium Girls. She is especially excited for this year’s High School Musical, playing the part of Ms. Darbus. Aria loves to sing, and has been with Brighton Choirs for five years, as well as volunteering at her local church as a Worship leader. Aria would like to thank her friends, family, and church community in supporting everything she does.

Astin is a freshman at BHS. This is her second production and first musical. She is very excited to be in this production of High School Musical and is looking forward to forming strong bonds through the magic of performing. Astin is very grateful for her family and friends for helping her make it this far and would like to thank them dearly.

Amy O

Fly Lead

This is Amy's fourth and final year as Fly Lead for the BHS musical. Amy is in her senior year and is very excited for this musical. In her free time, she enjoys being a part of the high school marching band, drumline, and competing in HOSA. Amy would like to thank her parents for their continued support, as well as her friends for being her second family, and this program for giving her a place to belong.

Jack O

Zeke Baylor

Jack is a junior at BHS and is more than excited to be participating in his third BHS Musical production. You may have seen him last as Nicely Nicely Johnson and he is thrilled to be taking on his new role of Zeke. Outside of musicals, Jack is a member of the BHS all-men’s a cappella group Notetorious and Chamber Choir. In his spare time, Jack enjoys playing the piano and spending time with friends and family. He would like to thank his parents, friends, the creative team, and his voice teacher Camille Mikat for all of their encouragement!

Nate O

Nate Oseland is a 12th grader in his third year of musical. He has enjoyed working with the many other skilled musicians in the pit orchestra, and finds that the musical scores push him outside of his comfort zone. Outside of the musical, Nate enjoys going to the gym, drumming, creating music, and watching sports. He wants to thank his past drum instructor Mr. Krueger for influencing his play style and technique, and also thank his dad for all the times he encouraged him to keep developing his love and skill for drumming.

Mickey is a junior at BHS. She is very active in the BHS choir program and BHS’s mixed a capella group DaCapo. She has previously worked on The Wizard of Oz, Peter and the Starcatcher, Guys and Dolls, Into the Woods, and Radium Girls, all as part of the Hair & Makeup team. She wants to thank her parents, her choir teacher Mr. Johnson, and Mrs. Stuenkel for always supporting her. She hopes you enjoy the show!

Colin is a Freshman and is excited to be in his second production for BHS. After the fall play, he knew he wanted to be on stage again and is grateful to be part of the musical. When he is not in school, he enjoys playing basketball, swimming, and hanging out with friends. He would like to give a big thank you to all the directors and his family for giving him the confidence and support he needs to perform on stage.

Sydney is a junior at BHS, and is on the girls varsity golf team. She has been working behind the scenes on productions since the fourth grade and has been in love with it ever since. She would like to thank her parents who have always been there for her when it comes to supporting her dreams, her friends for being supportive and her teacher Miss Brittney, who helped her discover her love for backstage.
